when I think about our colleagues in El Gouna, Beirut, Riyadh, Jeddah...all of us working from our own corners of the world, bringing our people, our cities, our experiences into the work, it hits me: We're not just a team, we're not just individuals forced to find common grounds, we're a constellation scattered across cities, but somehow always aligned.
